“Balance and Harmony” exhibition – helpful hints to complete your application

We are looking forward to seeing your submissions for this years exhibition. We thought we would give Members some further information on how to submit to the annual exhibition – deadline is Friday 26 July 24.

We are using Curator Space as the platform to submit your application this year. CGS have been using it for a while. It allows us to pull off the exhibitor information more easily, especially as we are producing a catalogue this year.

So you need to follow the link to Curator Space – and create a user name and password – its really very simple. Then fill out the form with information about yourself and the work you are submitting. You can save the form in draft at any time. We will not know anything about your application until you submit it. You will be taken to the payment screen after you have submitted your application. If you don’t have all the information at the time you submit you can log back in and add it by the submission date of 26 July.

Remember:

a good photograph is invaluable – the exhibition catalogue will be around for a long time after the exhibition

a good photo may become the advert for the exhibition

please name your photo using: Last name, initial, title of work and any photo credit & saved as jpegs at 300dpi eg Lowe C Blue Sky Smith J
