We’re looking for stunning images of our member’s work to grace the front and back covers of the 2016 SGS Journal. This is the perfect opportunity to show off any work you have created in the last year, with Journals going out to all members, glass institutions across the UK and on sale at events and in specialist shops.
Technical spec – images must be hi res (min 300dpi) and fit within a 158x210mm (portrait) area. Bear in mind that we need to include a logo somewhere on the cover so if the whole image is heavily detailed it might be difficult for us to use.
Your image should be accompanied by your name, the name of the piece, the date created, technique used and photo credit. A short bio, for inclusion in the Journal, will be requested from the successful artists. All SGS members can apply (max 2 images per person) except for those with ‘friends of SGS’ membership. All images must be submitted to info@ciorstaidh.co.uk by 5th December 2015. Images will be selected by the committee based on quality and suitability.
