North Lands Creative Glass (NLCG), as part of its conference programme in September 2015, would like to illustrate the quality and diversity of contemporary glass art and craft in Scotland. To do this we invite Scottish glass artists to submit 1 – 3 images of their work, together with a short statement in the form of a Haiku-style poem describing their ideas, their work and /or their motivation.
The images and text will be edited into a slide show which will be presented during the conference and form part of the demonstration events. The presentation will also be available to view on the NLCG website (www.northlandsglass.com).
Images should be in jpeg format and labelled with the title of the work, the artist’s name and the year made.
